Meet Faiza
Hi, I’m Faiza, a pelvic floor physiotherapist based in Mississauga, Ontario.
My goal is to create a supportive space for women for the many changes that happen throughout our different stages of life.
Many women arrive feeling overwhelmed, embarrassed or unsure where to turn next. I understand that pelvic floor concerns are deeply personal, and many women live with their symptoms for years before asking for help.
That’s why creating a space where women feel genuinely cared for is so important to me.
My Approach
I’ve been a physiotherapist for 8 years, in 2024, I became a registered pelvic physiotherapist. My passion for women’s health and pelvic care only continues to grow.
My approach is about more than just treating symptoms.
I want women to:
understand what’s going on in their body
feel supported during recovery
rebuild strength and confidence
feel confident in their body again
move from fear and uncertainty toward understanding and control
Whether you’re preparing for birth, recovering postpartum, dealing with prolapse, bladder concerns, pelvic pain, or navigating hormonal and body changes, my goal is to support you with care that feels warm, respectful, and approachable.
Many women come in carrying fear, frustration, or trauma from previous experiences. Some are hoping for a natural birth and want to prepare their body with confidence. Others are struggling with symptoms that are slowly affecting everyday life and making them feel disconnected from themselves.
I never want women to feel rushed, dismissed, or embarrassed when asking for help.
I want them to walk into the room and feel calm, cared for, comfortable being themselves, and confident they are in safe hands.
